Software Team Lead
The Software Team Lead at Armach will be responsible for running a multidisciplinary team of robotics and software engineers to continue the development of Armach’s unique software suite. The successful candidate is a resource for mentoring, escalations, problem solving, career development, and leadership for software team employees. The Software Team Lead works closely with the VP of Engineering to manage the resources within the department.
Data Product Manager
The Data Product Manager will direct the development of Armach’s data product program to create and deliver a comprehensive solution to customers while working with them to refine requirements, integrate the solution, and formulate product transition plans. The Data Product Manager will work with Armach stakeholders in business development, finance, and engineering to ensure the program remains aligned with the greater organization and meets the expectations of customers fully. An essential component of Armach is delivering the data product and hull intelligence to vessel owners. The Data Product Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring that this objective is met.
Robotics Engineer – Software
The Robotics Engineer will be a member of the passionate, multidisciplinary engineering team at Armach. This position is primarily focused on integration and software stewardship of Armach’s technology with its Hull Service Robots. Additionally, the Robotics Engineer will be involved in all phases of system and technology development including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. They will take part in analysis of navigation sensors and vehicle system dynamics, writing drivers for embedded hardware, writing vehicle and payload specific control software, integration of navigation and control software with vehicles in the field, system and software configuration, and assist with technical support. While this position is primarily focused on system integration, the Robotics Engineer will also be involved with advancing Armach’s technology in areas such as state estimation, path planning, computer vision, and vehicle control.
